Free Shipping On Every Order

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Larger orders are upgraded automatically at checkout:

• Orders over $200: free UPS 2nd Day Air.
• Orders over $400: free UPS Next Day Air.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged on arrival, and delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day of payment. Most orders placed before the daily carrier pickup ship the same day. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the label is created, and you can check status at any time on the order tracking page.

Packaging

Vials are individually cushioned and boxed. The packaging is plain and does not describe the contents on the outside.

Damaged Or Missing Items

If anything arrives broken, leaking, or missing, email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the shipping box. We will send a replacement with complimentary express shipping.

Returns

Because bacteriostatic water is a sealed sterile product, opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, less return shipping. Contact us first so we can issue a return authorization.
