These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from PSBacWater.
Orders and Shipping
- Every order ships free. Orders over $200 ship free by UPS 2nd Day Air and orders over $400 ship free by UPS Next Day Air.
- We pack and ship orders within 1 business day of payment, and most orders placed before the daily carrier cutoff ship the same day.
- A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost.
- International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
- Contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of the carrier marking your parcel delivered.
- Include a photo of the damaged or defective item together with the original shipping box and label. We will send a replacement with complimentary express shipping.
- If an item is missing from your order, tell us within the same 3-day window and we will ship the missing item at no charge.
Returns and Refunds
Because bacteriostatic water is a sealed sterile product, we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, less the cost of the return shipping. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorization.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned product. We cannot honor a refund or replacement if a chargeback has already been opened with your card issuer.
Product Information
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It is intended for use as a diluent. Discard any vial 28 days after the first puncture, and do not use a vial if the seal is broken or the contents are cloudy. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from PSBacWater. By placing an order you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, including orders affected by a pricing error or suspected fraud.

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information.
